Group & Corporate Cycling Tours

Whether it's a team offsite in Wollongong, a conference in Kiama, or a weekend in Bowral with your riding mates, Cycle Tours NSW plans and guides road rides that make the most of some of the best cycling in Australia — coastline, rainforest escarpment climbs and rolling highland farmland, all within two hours of Sydney.

Guided group cycling tours in the Illawarra and Southern Highlands.

  • Visiting riders who want local knowledge instead of guessing routes from Strava

  • Mixed-ability groups — option for e-road bikes keep everyone together

Who our group rides are for

Ride ideas to get you started.

Half-day ride (2–3 hours, 30–50 km)
A taste of the region — think Sea Cliff Bridge and the Grand Pacific Drive, or a coffee loop through Berrima and Moss Vale. Ideal before or after a conference session.

Full-day ride (4–6 hours, 60–100 km)
A proper day on the bike with a lunch stop: Kiama and Jamberoo, Mount Keira and the escarpment, or Bowral to Robertson via Kangaloon.

Multi-day tours (2–4 days)
The full experience. Combine the coast and the highlands — ride the coast on day one, climb Macquarie Pass or Jamberoo Mountain into the Southern Highlands on day two, and finish with the villages of Bowral, Berrima and Moss Vale. We coordinate accommodation, meals and luggage transfers with local partners.

Every tour is custom.
These are starting points, not packages. Tell us your group size, dates, fitness range and what you'd like to see, and we'll build the plan around you. Corporate invoicing available.

What we can arrange

Every tour includes:

  • Route planning by local experts, matched to your group's ability

  • Experienced ride leaders and a pre-ride safety briefing

  • Bike fit and mechanical checks before you roll

Added to your plan as needed:

  • Hire bikes: road bikes and e-bikes in all sizes, subject to availability — we'll work through this with you

  • Support vehicle for full-day and multi-day rides

  • Accommodation with local partners

  • Catering: café stops, lunches, winery visits or a group dinner

  • Extras: lookouts, cultural stops, photos of your group on the road

How it works.

  1. Tell us your plans. Send an enquiry or call — group size, dates, region, ride length and anything special.

  2. We talk it through. John or Fred will call to understand your group's needs, fitness and budget.

  3. You get a tailored proposal. Route, bikes, guiding, support and extras, with a clear quote.

  4. Confirm and ride. Once you're happy with the proposal, we lock in the booking and handle the rest.

Frequently asked questions

How fit do we need to be? We match the route to the slowest rider, not the fastest. E-road bikes let mixed groups ride together comfortably.

Can you supply bikes? Yes — road bikes and e-bikes in all sizes, subject to availability. We'll confirm what's available when we plan your tour. You're also welcome to bring your own.

How far in advance should we book? Four to six weeks for day rides; two to three months for multi-day tours and peak weekends.

What happens if it rains? We ride in light rain with adjusted routes. If conditions are unsafe, we'll reschedule or offer an alternative.

Can you combine the ride with a team activity or event? Yes — we regularly add winery visits, lunches, lookouts and cultural stops.

Tell us about your group and what you'd like to do. We'll talk it through and send a customised plan. Call Fred on 0412 284 710 or John on 0412 257 990, or use the form linked below.
